Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
BJJ is grappling: taking someone down, controlling them, and finishing with a submission — all without a single punch thrown. It rewards technique over strength, which is why a smaller, smarter person can beat a bigger one. That's the hook, and twelve years in it still doesn't get old.
How classes run
Fundamentals
The core positions, escapes and submissions, taught in a rotating curriculum. Where everyone starts, and where black belts still sharpen up.
All levels
Technique plus positional and live sparring. Rounds are always optional and always matched sensibly.
No-gi
Same art, no jacket, faster pace. Wrestling and leg-lock heavy. Most members mix gi and no-gi through the week.
Never grappled before?
Don't start in a general class — start in the BJJ Beginner Fundamentals course. Two weeks, six beginner-only classes, gi included, $69. New intake every Monday.
