Muay Thai

The art of eight limbs — fists, elbows, knees and shins. Our Muay Thai classes mix technique, pad work and conditioning, and they'll get you fitter than any treadmill ever has. All levels train together; work is always matched to experience.

What to expect

Technique first

Stance, movement and clean strikes before power. You'll hit pads from class one.

Serious conditioning

Skipping, bag rounds and partner drills. Come for self-defence, stay for the engine.

Sparring is optional

Controlled sparring exists for those who want it — and it's invite-based, never sink-or-swim.
